Hierbei soll auf alle wesentlichen Einzelheiten eingegangen und ein Uberblick verschafft werden. Bei der Bestellung wird die Bestellungsdauer ausfuhrlich behandelt. Hier sollen die Mindest- und Hochstdauer differenziert betrachtet werden und ein abschliessendes Ergebnis mit einer Empfehlung gefunden werden. Ebenfalls wird die vorzeitige Wiederbestellung vertieft behandelt. Beim Anstellungsvertrag spielt die sogenannte Drittanstellung eine wichtige Rolle und bei der Abberufung wird die Abberufung auf Druck Dritter besonders intensiv betrachtet.
