The revised banking package of CRD VI and CRR III contains a large number of new requirements, the implementation of which will pose major challenges for the banking industry. Der vorliegende Sammelband umfasst die Beitrage zum 16. Workshop Dienstleistungsmarketing, der im Jahr 2012 vom Lehrstuhl fur Marketing an der Technischen Universitat Kaiserslautern ausgerichtet wurde.
