Volume 2 includes the following four sections: Section One presents a comprehensive examination of the rule and impact of emotions in economical settings, specifically at the workplace, discussing the impact of individual differences, the role of emotions in the construction and enactment of doctor managers' identities, issues related to emotional labour, emotional exhaustion in human service jobs, the effects of emotional labour on strain, the role of emotions on group performance, emotions and price satisfaction, and the link between emotion and money.
