Autumn Music is a selection of Stephen Smith’s verse written during the past twenty years. The author has, on the whole, kept the rhyme and meter simple, but has also tried to add just enough variety to avoid any monotony. Whether or not he has succeeded is for the reader to decide. A final section explores alternative ways of accessing the music along with their pros and cons.
