VLAD -- A Love Story is a musical based on the Bram Stoker classic
Dracula. The twist is "He didn't do it." A meteor shower just prior
to his arrival, infects all the townspeople with radioactivity and
he gets blamed. Renfield is the first to fall but he still likes
bugs. It's epic... it's harder than hell to produce... and it's a
special effects nightmare... but gosh is it an incredible show to
see/produce and direct.
The Manderlay Trilogy is a set of three musicals based on the
Daphne du Maurier classic, Rebecca. Secrets and Sins is the
prequel, Mistress of Manderlay is the book and Rebecca's Legacy is
the sequel. These are good old fashioned musicals with a hero, a
heroine, an evil maid and a ghost thrown in for good measure.
I had a dream and this book is it. The 2012 thing from a totally
gay perspective. It is formatted like a movie script since that's
how I saw it.
