Horror in which a clinical trial at a remote facility goes terribly wrong. Among those who sign up to test ProSyntrex's latest drug Pro9 are Adam (Aneurin Barnard), Joni (Alex Reid), Carmen (Skye Lourie) and Jed (Oliver Coleman). The trial is highly secret, with no-one, including the staff who administer injections, aware of who is receiving the drug and who is in the placebo group. Shortly after the trial begins it becomes clear that something has gone wrong. There are unexplained disappearances, bizarre silhouettes and screaming from behind locked doors. Locked inside the facility, unaware of the true nature of events, the surviving patients and staff must band together to try and find a way out of the nightmare.

Steven Nesbit directs this thriller starring Steven Berkoff and Bernard Hill. When two young lovers realise that they belong to rival gangs, they quickly discover that their love must be hidden from their gang leaders Vic Clarke and John Claridge (Berkoff and Hill) for fear of causing an inter-gang war. The cast also includes Mason Adams, Freema Agyeman and Judith Alexander.

Rowan Joffe writes and directs this adaptation of Graham Greene's novel. Updating the story from its original 1930s setting to the mid-1960s world of mods and rockers, the film stars Sam Riley as Pinkie Brown, a teenage gangster who seduces and marries young waitress Rose (Andrea Riseborough) after she stumbles upon evidence of a revenge killing carried out by him and his gang. Helen Mirren, John Hurt and Pete Postlethwaite co-star.
