Low-budget British crime thriller. Mitchell Parker (Nick Rendell) is a backstreet, lowlife debt collector who thinks he has hit the big time when he stumbles across a cache of money hidden in the flat of one of his clients, drug dealer Hopper (Giovanni Lombardo Radice).
