Despite his unlimited potential, rich kid White Mike (Chace Crawford) has dropped out of his senior year at high school and spends his days selling marijuana to his ultra-privileged friends. But Mike's charmed existence hits a brick wall when his cousin is brutally murdered in an East Harlem project and his best friend is arrested for the crime.
