Tourism has remained neglected in our country due to variety of factors. The process of globalization has however given new twist to India and we can develop our tourism sector at par with leading countries of the globe. India has the potential to develop varieties of tourism and time has come to develop it at full pace. We will incorporate millions of poor people into the mainstreaming process of development through developing tourism. It is one of the most important possibilities which could help the country usher in new era marked by prosperity in 21st century to ensure sustainable development. We must seize the opportunity.

Persistence of nasal inflammation disorders results in the deposition of collagen in the nasal mucosa and subsequent glandular hyperplasia, which may lead to irreversible mucoperiosteal hypertrophy. The inferior turbinate is inferior in folding of the lateral nasal wall .Three layers of turbinates medial thin mucosa, bone, lateral thick mucosa, mucosa of inferior turbinate contains peudostratified columner ciliated respiratory epithelium, goblet cells produces, salts, glycoproteins, polysaccharides and lysozymes and complex array of arteries, veins and venous sinusoid under cover of lamina propria. There is long controversy among those who perform inferior turbinectomy over where and how much to excise during surgery. The decision should be based not only on the clinical presentation but also on the histopathological feature of the organ.This present study was undertaken to provide information on various constituents of the hypertrophic inferior turbinate and to compare the histopathological changes in chronic inferior turbinate hypertrophy versus clinical presentation of allergic and non allergic origin.

Disability has emerged as an utmost concern of emerging India. The number of this most disadvantaged group is over 100 million and they have been under the twin discrimination from the state and society. Bringing the disabled into the mainstreaming process of development will ensure sustainable development and inclusive growth of the country. Their full proof empowerment is the key to the philosophy of inclusion and basic lever of fundamental human rights. Being a democratic country it is our utmost responsibility to provide them all required facilities according to the Kautilayan notion of good governance. In the post-cold war scenario regional cooperation has become one of the most important realities of the international system. SAARC is of great significance for the lesser developed countries. The formation of SAARC was aimed to upgrade the life standard of the common people within South Asian region. Thus, SAARC itself dedicated to economic, technological, social, and cultural development emphasising collective self-reliance. Due to variety of prevailing problems, tit could not come up to the expectations but it has created an excellent infrastructure for the regional cooperation. Since 1985, it has done a commendable job for the promotion of regional cooperation. Scientists and researchers need to work on expanding the range of polices that are proposed, debated, and implemented. This way, novelty, new ideas and methodologies are infused into the society. At this point of multiple climate footprints, there is an immense need to explore all ideas evaluating their possibilities in presenting alternative futures, developing alternative policies, and adaptive options to solve the intractable ecological footprints of climate change.
