Dabei werden neben den Mietwagen als wichtigstem Verkehrsmittel auch das Caravaning, die Vermietung von Fahrradern und der Kraftradtourismus betrachtet. Zunachst bedeutet dies die zentralen Begriffe Mobilitat, Mobilitatsverhalten, Verkehrsmittel und Verkehrsmittelwahl zu erklaren und den weiteren theoretischen Bezugsrahmen, nach der Erlauterung von Jugend, dieser Arbeit zu legen.
