The Problem!As of this writing, 61% of America is considered obese,
while the obesity rate among kids has tripled in the last two
decades! According to the International Health, Racquet &
Sportsclub Association (IHRSA), there has been an increase of over
10,700 gym locations in the United States, in the past 20 years!
What is wrong with this picture? Why, with such a vast opportunity
in this country to exercise, does less than 30% of our total
