Philadelphia, P.A. 1972. Dylan Frazier has returned from the Vietnam War and finds himself employed in the only unlikely job that will have him-an insurance investigator. His hysterical on-the-job antics are challenged when he pokes around what appears to be a related series of unexplained deaths.
