Previously published in the series are "Racializing Justice, Disenfranchising Lives: The Racism, Criminal Justice, and Law Reader" (September 2007) and "Seeking Higher Ground: The Hurricane Katrina Crisis, Race, and Public Policy Reader "(January 2008).
