"Big Red Mad As A Hatter" is a fictional story of a man called Big Red; born to Susie N. Colarte and Ernest Red Finney on Nov. 7, 1906 in Augusta, Georgia. The book discusses events in Big Red's life and his mother's life that may have contributed to the vile temper of Big Red which permeates his life and finds him leaving life not in peace but battling the nightmares of his past.
