Biometrics, the word not only generates a spark of interest but it
is also an important aspect to trace human expressions. Signature,
an expression of this kind portrays a uniqueness which can be
captured thus it becomes vital. Signature is a mark of authenticity
which can be tampered by observing carefully. Dynamic Signature
Recognition is one of the highly accurate biometric traits. Live
signature of the person is captured, hence it is possible to have
dynamic characteristics of signature for matching purpose. The
signature captured by digitizer gives information about dynamic
nature of signature and pressure applied while signing. This book
is discussing use of Dynamic Signature Recognition using Hybrid
wavelets. The technique is fast and gives good accuracy and tested
in real time. Hybrid Wavelets are used for feature vector
extraction, this is done by multiresolution analysis of the dynamic
signatures. Wavelet energy based feature vector is generated and
this is to be used for the matching of the signatures. The typical
features set consists of x, y, z co-ordinates, Pressure, Azimuth
and Altitude points. For performance evaluation we are using
Conventional FAR-FRR analysis.
Mesalamine is a drug of choice for the treatment of inflammatory
bowel disease. Mesalamine has been shown to block the production of
interlukin-1 (1L-1) and tumor necrosis factor-a (TNF-alpha.
Further, MSA is found to have free radical scavenger and
antioxidant effect. Therefore, the aim shall be to understand the
analytical, physical and spectral attributes of this most useful
drug molecule. This Monograph explores solubility aspects,
hygroscopicity, partition coefficient, FTIR-spectroscopic analysis,
differential scanning calorimetry, TGA, X-ray diffraction, 1H-NMR,
13C-NMR spectroscopic analysis. The chapter on analytical profile
employing UV-Visible spectroscopic method, spectrofluorimetric
method and HPLC method (Blood Plasma, Rat caecal content, etc.)are
useful for the researcher
The book entitled with "Complex Manifolds and its submanifolds"
deals with the properties of quarter symmetric non metric
connection in a nearly kaehler manifold, generalized
CR-submanifolds of quasi kaehler manifolds. The integrability
conditions of the distribution involved in the definition of such
manifolds. Geometry of leaves of such distributions are also given
and almost Hermitian manifold equipped with semi symmetric non
metric connections. The properties of a contravarient almost
analytic vector field with semi symmetric non metric connection are
also given.
The present study reveals a part of the systemic annotation which
includes the use of a proteomic tool with PEG mediated
fractionation of plant proteome proteins for characterizing the
explant(s) in order to study functional genomic approaches in
tissue culture based sugarcane improvement programme. Stem segments
derived in vitro propagated sugarcane leaves were used, for
selection of salt tolerant callus lines and also for proteomic
analysis.
