Imagine a world devoid of the racial bigotries of today's main religions. Imagine a world run by total social acceptance under one universal religion. One could find it hard to argue that it would be the ideal place to live. That is exactly what Josef Zane--scientist, inventor and atheist--plans to do with the world when he invents a time machine and travels back to the days of Jesus to disprove his doctrines, only to replace them with ones of his very own. Returning to the present day, he finds his Universal Religion accepted by half the world's population. Also, he discovers he is no longer a scientist, but a governor of a state. Various circumstances propel him to the highest political office--The President of the United States. And while giving his Inaugural Address, the Rapture takes place, ushering in the pages of Revelation. Now Josef has to govern a world of religious unrest amidst plagues and war. From the four horsemen to the seven bowls of wrath, Josef has to decide if God is indeed real or if these life-changing worldly events are merely coincidental. And worse still, Josef has to decide if he is the prophesied Anti-Christ.

Kommunale Fachhochschule fur Verwaltung in Niedersachsen, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: In dieser Hausarbeit mochte ich auf den Regelsatz bzw. den Regelbedarf (nach 2010) des Arbeitslosengeldes II eingehen. Nach der Entscheidung des Bundesverfassungsgerichts im Jahr 2010 hatte der Gesetzgeber die Aufgabe die Anforderungen und die Bemessungsgrundlage des Regelsatzes zu uberdenken sowie zu uberprufen und so der oben genannten Entscheidung Rechnung zu tragen. Dabei werde ich auf die Stellungnahme des Bundesministeriums fur Arbeit und Soziales (BMAS) eingehen, diese darstellen und die Begrundung wiedergeben. Und dem gegenuber stelle ich die andere Seite mit dem Bericht des Paritatischen Gesamtverbandes dar. Dieser Betrachtet die Umsetzung aus einem anderen Blickwinkel und legt seine Grunde dar, ob die Anderung des Regelsatzes den Anforderungen des Bundesverfassungsgerichtes entspricht. Dabei werden auch klare Zahlen genannt, um diese Begrundung zu beweisen. Ich beginne mit der Geschichte der sozialen Versicherung in Deutschland, und wie es dazu kam, dass das Arbeitslosengeld II eingefuhrt wurde und welcher Sinn dahinter gesteckt hat. Danach gehe ich auf die Leistung des Arbeitslosengeldes II ein und wie sich diese zusammensetzt. Dadurch kann ich Vergleiche mit dem Warenkorb, der jahrlich vom Statistischen Bundesamt veroffentlicht wird, anstellen. Im Fazit ziehe ich dann eine Bilanz, ob die Erhohung wirklich bedarfsgerecht ist.
