depression and stress related conditions". These are just some of
the facts that are glaring at us and for some form a part of our
day-to-day living. Each one of us will at some point in our life
ask ourselves the pertinent question "why am I here or why was I
born?" My greatest belief is that whichever way we look at life we
were all born for a purpose and our purpose is to fine out. Our
quest to find out or live out this purpose is what leads us to the
purposeful life, which creates a Purposeful You. Purposeful You is
a now message about living a life of intention and proactively
doing things that give us a purposeful life. In its simplest form
it shows us that purpose + intention = desired outcome. An outcome
we can altogether influence by: 1. Creating meaningful work 2.
Creating meaningful love 3. Practicing self care 4. Being present
