The "Internal Audit Handbook" is a comprehensive, up-to-date
presentation of the tasks and challenges facing internal audit. The
handbook is based on the audit work of SAPA(R)'s global internal
audit department, which obtained the highest score available,
"Generally Conforms," during a quality assessment review performed
by the Institute of Internal Auditors. It presents the Audit
Roadmap, the process model of internal auditing developed at
SAPA(R), describing all stages of an audit. The in-depth
description provides information on issues such as the
identification of audit fields, the annual audit planning, the
organization and execution of audits as well as reporting and
follow-up. The handbook also discusses management-related subjects,
e.g. the organizational structure of an internal audit department.
Separate chapters are dedicated to special topics like IT or SOX
audits. The book also includes a CD for computer-based learning
containing templates to put specific elements of theory into
practice. Since the handbook is based on practical experience and
gives numerous examples from audit practice it may serve as a guide
to internal auditing for persons new in the field as well as
provide experienced internal audit professionals with new insights.
Jesus said;"for my yoke is easy, and my burden is light." Matt
11:30 KJV). When he said that he was referring to God's Torah,
which is simple and concise. He was not referring to the additional
603 laws of the "Talmud," or the "oral tradition" (that would
become the Mishnah). The original Torah is comprised of 10 words.
"he declared unto you his covenant, which he commanded you to
perform, even ten words}; and he wrote them upon two tables of
stone. Deut 4:13 KJV The 10 words are; (1) YHWH (2) Ulheynuw (3)
'echad, God our mighty one is first. (4) Wa'awhabta (5) YHWH (6)
bakal Love God with all (7) labawbka. your heart (8) Wa'awhabta (9)
laraek Love thy neighbor (10) kamowka. as thyself. These words the
Lord spake unto all your assembly in the mount out of the midst of
the fire, of the cloud, and of the thick darkness, with a great
voice: and he added no more. Deut 5:22 KJV He (God) added no more.

In the search for truth, it is best to undertake a self study
course of the scriptures. Be assured that when others find out, you
will most likely be met with a great deal of opposition just for
attempting such a feat. There is an abundance of information and
disinformation; commentary and opinions, all meant to sway you from
pursuing this course of action. My advice is, never let someone
else define the debate, or apply a parameter to your course of
study. Trust in God and believe him regarding his New Covenant
promise: No more shall every man teach his neighbor, and every man
his brother, saying, 'Know the Lord, ' for they all shall know Me,
from the least of them to the greatest of them, says the Lord. Jer
31:33-34 NKJV Recently I was given a calendar that was printed by a
certain Christian denomination that contained a statement (more of
a disclaimer) about why they didn't use a Hebrew name for God. I've
heard it many times before in the past; it went something like
this: "No one can know for sure the true pronunciation of God's
name." "It has been lost in time." "The Rabbi's of old hid the name
so it would not be blasphemed by the heathen (Gentiles). It has
been guarded ever since." "Scholars have proposed a number of
different names, but cannot agree for certain which one is
correct." In other words; before you even begin your search, you
are doomed to fail. This is what I meant by defining the debate.
God is of a different opinion: He told Moses; This is My name
forever (YHWH), and this is My memorial to all generations.' Ex
3:15 NKJV By calling his name a "Memorial," God was telling Moses
that He wanted his name to be spoken and written; and not to fall
into disuse. (It actually became prohibited by the religious
authorities). In my research, I've found that indeed God's name was
hidden, but not lost. How could his name be lost (or even deleted)
from among the twenty two letters used to bring his creation into
existence? The thought of that alone is absurd. The reality is; the
letters, words, and syntax of the Hebrew language all unmistakably
point to one name. Believers should know the glorious name of our
Creator - it means so much
In the last few years, while studying the gospels; I began to see
(within the real life ministry of Jesus) a number of allegories
being projected onto end time prophecy. These allegories became a
clue, to be used in solving a puzzle. This was unique in my own
experience of studying the scriptures, and very intriguing. The
Book of Revelation has always posed a mystery to the reader. But
the closer we get to the start of the Tribulation, the more this
book calls out to the family of God to be understood. There's been
much speculation made in the past regarding the last days; such as,
the rebuilding of Solomon's temple, the Battle of Armageddon, who
are the 144,000, and when is the rapture of the Saints. In my
estimation, much of it was premature. I hope to show you, by use of
the scriptures, that Jesus has made a way to escape all the things
that are surely coming to pass. According to the promise of our
Messiah, there is a group of believers who are going to be removed
from this plane of existence at the beginning of the great
Tribulation. "And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write,
'These things says He who is holy, He who is true, "He who has the
key of David, He who opens and no one shuts, and shuts and no one
opens" "I know your works. See, I have set before you an open door,
and no one can shut it; for you have a little strength, have kept
My word, and have not denied My name....Because you have kept My
command to persevere, I also will keep you from the hour of trial
which shall come upon the whole world, to test those who dwell on
the earth Rev 3:7-10 NKJV After this promise is made to the
believers in Philadelphia, Jesus addresses the Church at Laodicea,
which is usually referred to as the "Lukewarm church." In contrast
to the Church at Philadelphia; this church sits behind a closed
door, with Jesus standing on the outside, knocking on the door to
be let in (Rev 3:20-21 NKJV). They don't see the door that Christ
has opened for the Philadelphia believers. They are satisfied with
the things of this world, and their leadership lacks vision
concerning the signs of the times (Matt 16:3). Jesus appeals to
each member of this congregation on a one to one basis; "If any
(single) person hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in
to him and dine with him, and he with Me." The scriptures reveal
that those who do not leave with the Philadelphia believers will
come out of the Tribulation in intervals; as indicated in the
original syntax of the text; by the (Greek) future progressive
tense (in Revelation Chapter Seven). This progression terminates at
the mid point of the Tribulation when those who remain, are caught
up to be with Christ forever. This why Jesus admonished us to;
Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted
worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass (the
Great Tribulation), and to stand before the Son of man. Luke 21:36
KJV. There were two disciples of John the Baptist, who one day
heard John say, "Behold the lamb of God." After hearing those
words, they began to follow Jesus. Then Jesus turned, and seeing
them following, said to them, "What do you seek?" John 1:38 NKJV
That question is the same one he asking all believers right now, in
a deepest and most personal way, "What do you seek?" They said to
Him, "Rabbi" (Teacher), "where are You staying?" He said to them,
Come and see. John 1:38-39 NKJV These two disciples heard the
testimony of John the Baptist (concerning Jesus), and then heard
Jesus speak, they believed in him and followed him. This left them
with only one thing to seek - the place where Jesus lives. I pray
that each one of us will come to this same place in our walk with
Christ; where there's only one thing left to seek - the place where
he lives.
Hidden in the Hebrew scriptures is evidence that Adam and Eve were
immortal and covered in light, just as God uses light as a covering
for himself (Psalm 104:2). They were more than two unique
individuals, their bodies represented a plane of existence that was
an integral part of the fabric of Creation. The sin they committed
changed their physiology and they became mortal. Because of their
mortality; "God made garments of skin for Adam and his wife and
clothed them." Gen 3:21 When God made these coverings of skin, did
He slaughter animals, skin them, tan their hides, make thread, and
then sew together some buckskin clothing? Or, does the term
coverings of skin refer to the epidermal or outer layers of human
skin. Skin that was added because without their covering of light
they could not exist as mortals in the natural world. Their offense
was not only against God, it was against their own bodies and they
altered their DNA. How else can we explain the fact that through
heredity, we have shared in the penalty for their sins? The story
of creation, the fall, redemption, and the coming anti-Christ; is
all linked to the body and specifically - DNA. In 2000, I read an
interview Reader's Digest magazine did with Dr. Francis Crick. He
and Dr. Watson are credited with discovering the double helix
structure of DNA. At the time, the Human Genome project was
underway. Dr. Crick was asked about how many genes they had
identified so far. He answered, 140,000 and we expect to find 4,000
more. I almost fell out of my chair. How could anyone miss the
significance of that number? This immediately changed my perception
of certain scripture. In Revelation, 144,000 are sealed with the
seal of God (in their foreheads). 144,000 stand on Mount Zion with
Christ, having the name of God written in their foreheads. What if
this number, instead of referring to a number of individuals,
actually refers to the immortal life genome? In other words, to be
sealed by God is to have your genetic code supernaturally sequenced
back to an immortal state. Since the human body (and its
homeostasis) is a closed system, Adam and Eve did not destroy the
genes that enable immortal life, they reorganized the sequence.
This proprietary information was not annihilated, it was merely
suppressed. Life Extension Magazine interviewed Dr. Michael D. West
about a breakthrough published in the journal "Regenerative
Medicine." He said (regarding immortality): "The goal of
gerontology for many years has been to find the reason that our
reproductive lineage continues to make babies generation after
generation while the other cells in our body, called somatic cells,
have a finite life span and are mortal, ... The answer is that we
come from a lineage of cells that have been proliferating since the
dawn of life on earth. The cells that made us have no dead
ancestors." We come from immortality, and much of the genetic
research performed today is focused on immortality. New Scientist
Magazine featured an article about Scientists at the University of
Cambridge (UK), who have created a new way of using the genetic
code: " that] could eventually lead to the creation of new or
improved life forms." One of these new life forms will be a triple
helix structure, as featured in "Scientific American" magazine:
Triple Helix: Designing a New Molecule of Life ...a synthetic
hybrid of protein and DNA, .. unlike anything found in nature. In
the original immortal life genome, a double helix structure
with144,000 genes; means that both strands of DNA would have 72,
000 (each). In a triple helix structure the number would be 216,000
(3x72,000). The earliest Greek manuscripts describe the number of
the beast as 600, and 60, and 6. If we multiply 600 x 60 x 6, we
arrive at the number 216,000. This is the number of "the beast," it
is his genetic code. Satan will use this synthetic genome to offer
the people of earth, a counterfeit version of immortal life. It
will be a Beautiful Delusion.
