After writing his first book (How I Turned $1,000 into Five Million in Real Estate in My Spare Time), William Nickerson went on book tours to stores, radio and TV show explaining his new concept of the average person investing in real estate. This second book in the form of questions and answers is his response to the hundreds and thousands of questions people asked on the book tours and seminars that he gave.
