Roland Kitschler analysiert den Interessenkonflikt von Wirtschaftsprufern mit Hilfe der Principal-Agent-Theorie. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Untersuchung des Reputationsmechanismus als naheliegendem und zentralem Marktmechanismus zur Losung des Problems.
