With the rapid development of modern electronic technology, miniaturisation, integration and high frequency have become the trends. Currently, the popularity of portable electronic products and wireless technology creates a great demand for novel chip inductive devices in hyper frequency, which demands soft-magnetic materials with both excellent electromagnetic properties in hyper frequency and good sintering behaviour following the need of low temperature co-fired ceramics (LTCC) technology. Hence, Y-type hexagonal ferrite is regarded as a good candidate of soft-magnetic material in hyper frequency and attracts much attention these years. On one hand, the strong planar magnetocrystalline anisotropy gives it a high cut-off frequency up to GHz and excellent soft magnetic character in hyper frequency. On the other hand, the relative simple crystal structure among hexagonal ferrites also endows it a low sintering temperature.
