Undead adventurer Rentt Faina manages to survive the poisonous Tarasque Swamp and retrieve the Dragon Blood Blossom for the orphan Alize. Just as he's about to return, a mysterious stranger approaches him. The man offers him a job on behalf of his mistress, the Latuule matriarch. Rentt accepts the request, and at the behest of Sheila and the adventurer's guild, he agrees to meet with the elusive head of the Latuule family. However, there's more to this family than meets the eye. Will meeting one of the oldest and most influential families in Maalt go according to plan, or will Rentt get more than he bargained for?

Rentt and Lorraine are tasked with picking up the grand guildmaster of Yaaran and escorting them to Maalt. The duo travels to Yaaran’s capital, Vistelya, only to find the grand guildmaster is out and won’t be back for a few days.  Now that they have some unexpected free time, Rentt and Lorraine decide to take care of other business around the city. They deliver a letter to Abess Elza, meet up with their colorful acquaintance, Augurey, and even seek an audience with a princess, where they learn not everything in the kingdom is as it seems. As they wait for the grand guildmaster’s return, the three adventurers join together to take on various jobs around the city. But will everything go smoothly, or do more surprises lurk in the shadows?

The undead Adventurer returns home, but trouble blocks his path! Rentt finally sets out for his home village of Hathara with Lorraine. On the way, they encounter a horde of zombies and meet Hilde, the Gold-class adventurer tasked with destroying the undead. An accomplished mystic, she sees that Rentt has divinity and offers to teach him to better conceal it. He accepts, and in the process, feels the presence of a soul that has been watching over him throughout his career. Once they finally reach Hathara, Rentt is reunited with his family and old friends. The village celebrates his return by throwing a banquet, but Rentt seems conflicted about the exaggerated welcome and disappears in the middle of the festivities. Lorraine leaves to look for him, only to find him in a very unexpected place...

Rentt Faina, the undead adventurer, agrees to take on a request from the Latuules, a highly influential yet mysterious family in Maalt. There's just one complication-in order to actually meet with them, he has to find his way through a giant hedge maze! At the end of the maze, Rentt finds the Latuule matriarch, a young girl named Laura Latuule. Laura explains the request, and as thanks for him accepting it, she shows Rentt her family's prized magic item collection. Rentt is fascinated by the sheer number and variety of items...but when he accidentally activates a magic golem, it's time for battle!

After his evolution to a thrall, Rentt Faina sets out to explore an unmapped part of the Water Moon Dungeon. He finds a secret chamber, guarded by a mysterious woman. She offers him a treasure called the Map of Akasha as long as he keeps his silence about the secret chamber. Rentt agrees, but before he can find out more about her, she teleports him out of the dungeon. Rather than fret and worry about this odd meeting, Rentt continues on his path to becoming a Mithril-class adventurer. His next hurdle? The Bronze-class Ascension Exam! His adventure as an undead is only just beginning!

"Are you giving up?" Will Rennt make it out undead enough to achieve his objective of becoming a Mithril-class adventurer?! A young girl's invitation to teatime may be Rentt's only means of escape!

When Rentt Faina crosses paths with Nive Maris, he finds himself victim to a rain of Holy Fire! But rather than prove he's a vampire, it disproves it! Lorraine believes Rentt's divinity may have protected against the Holy Fire, and together they decide to make for Hathara, where Rentt obtained his divinity. Before Rentt and Lorraine can depart Maalt, they first need to create wands and equipment for their disciple, Alize. To avoid trouble with others like Nive, Rentt has to negotiate with the Guildmaster, Wolf Hermann, to have his double registration officially approved. But as Wolf oversees countless ruffians, this'll be no easy task! An undead with a dream, eternally striving for the rank of Mithril-class!
