Application:


Cleans removes rust, grime, contaminants, oxidation & scaling. Treats the metal substrate in preparation for painting, surface conversion, powder coating, wet spray, or red oxide applications. Can also be used to clean aluminum, stainless steel & galvanized surfaces prior to painting to enhance paint adhesion and longevity.

May be sprayed-on, wiped-on, or dip method. Average Dilution 1:5 parts hot or cold water. Will effectively remove old rust, and heavy scaling within 25 minutes when dipped into the solution. Always rinse and dry the substrate prior to painting for the best results. Phosphoric acid-based compounds are harmful, corrosive, and dangerous if not used with caution or as directed.

Ensure that the surface to be treated is clean and free of any fallout, environmental soiling, grease, grime, oil, silicone, or biological growth. Also clean of any additional flaking paint etc with a hard wire brush.
