A large, stiff-spined, traditional quill (real feather, colours will vary) fitted with an accomodation tip and a fine, flexible Gilt Nib no 256, specially selected to reproduce the writing style of the Middle Ages.

The accomodation tip allows you to switch to many other nibs. The nib included is very similar to our “I“ drawing nib but with a finer, more pointed tip.

The Sennelier Ink 30ml Set of 4 + Extras contains four fine quality, shellac-based inks along with a selection of essential accessories to get started on a variety of calligraphy and drawing techniques.

Sennelier Inks are suitable for calligraphy, drawing, and washes. They can be applied with a dip pen, reservoir pen, or brush. The inks come in a squat 30ml bottle with a pipette lid for precision dropping and mixing.

Sennelier Inks dry quickly, and have good water resistance, though only the Black Indian Ink is indelible. All have excellent light resistance.
