Heart-warming Pixar animated tale about a robot who accidentally discovers the way to save planet Earth. 700 years after humanity has left Earth, WALL-E (Waste Allocation Load Lifter Earth-Class) fills his days collecting rubbish, and anything else that takes his fancy, trying to fend off the boredom of his lot. But unknowingly, the tiny tube-eyed robot has discovered a secret that could make the once beautiful planet habitable again, enabling humankind to return. One day, Eve, a search robot, lands on Earth in a cloud of dust, and WALL-E is smitten. When she realises the importance of his find, she sets out to tell the remaining humans, eager to let them know the planet can be saved. But WALL-E, after centuries of being alone, can't bear to see her go, and hitches a ride through the cosmos on an adventure his memory banks will never forget.
Disney live action double bill. In '101 Dalmatians', Roger (Jeff Daniels) and Anita (Joely Richardson) meet and fall in love whilst out walking their dogs, Pongo and Perdy. They are married, and their hounds also prove compatible, producing a litter of fifteen black and white puppies. However, Anita's boss, fashion designer Cruella DeVil (Glenn Close), wants to skin the pups and turn them into a coat. To this end she sends her henchmen Jasper (Hugh Laurie) and Horace (Mark Williams) to kidnap the tiny canines. In the sequel '102 Dalmatians', freshly-released from prison, the infamous dog-botherer Cruella DeVil (Glenn Close) is apparently a reformed woman. So much so in fact, that she now owns her own dog shelter. But of course, it's not long before she's up to her old tricks, enlisting the help of Parisian designer Le Pelt (Gerard Depardieu), as she again attempts to realise her dream of owning a coat made from the fur of dalmation puppies. Never mind though, probation officer Chloe (Alice Evans) is keeping a watchful eye on Cruella, and with a little canine help she's going to do her best to foil the fur-lover's evil antics.

Instead, the pair soon meet up with the Sandman (Howie Mandel), who takes them on a string of new adventures.

There, they meet two piratical sisters, known as the Amazons, who have already claimed the waters for themselves.

The classic 1942 animated Disney feature. The story follows young male deer Bambi from his birth and woodland childhood with friends Thumper the rabbit and Flower the skunk, through to his ascendancy into the tall, antlered Prince of the Forest. Along the way he tragically loses his mother to hunters (a traumatic early childhood memory for viewers of several generations!) and finds love with the beautiful Faline.
A remake of the 1947 'feel good' classic, telling the heart-warming story of a young girl's desire for a fully-functional family, complete with a father and a baby brother. The girl, Susan, confides in Kris Kringle (Sir Richard Attenborough), the kindly old man who is acting as the grotto Santa in the department store managed by her mother. Kris Kringle, however, believes he is the genuine Santa Claus and this devotion to the cause makes him very popular indeed, leading to record profits for the store. This annoys rival retailers so much that they try to discredit the so-called Santa, leading eventually to a court case in which Kringle and his lawyer try to prove that he is the real thing.
Every year the ant colony of a tiny island are forced to hand over their midsummer grain to a marauding band of grasshoppers, led by the evil Hopper (voiced by Kevin Spacey). Worker ant Flik (Dave Foley) sets off to get help from the big city, where he mistakes a troupe of circus bugs for fierce warriors. After being fired by their ringmaster, P.T. Flea (John Ratzenberger), the bugs accompany Flik back to his home, thinking that he is a talent scout. When all becomes clear, they are less than happy at the prospect of fighting off Hopper and his gang!
Feature-length animated adventure set in a Lego version of Gotham City. When Lex Luthor (voice of Clancy Brown) struggles to gain public support during his presidential campaign he decides to team up with the Joker (Christopher Corey Smith), who can produce a special gas that will sway public opinion. After Luthor helps the Joker escape from Arkham Asylum, the pair plan to defeat Batman (Troy Baker) and Superman (Travis Willingham) and bring down Gotham City. The rest of the Justice League join forces with the two superheroes as they fight to save the city.
Disney's twenty-eighth animated feature is its first fairytale since 1958's 'Sleeping Beauty'. Ariel (voiced by Jodi Benson) is the mermaid daughter of King Triton, and lives beneath the waves. However, Ariel longs to see the world above, especially after rescuing a handsome prince from drowning. To this end she makes a deal with sea witch Ursula: Ariel can live above the sea in exchange for her beautiful singing voice. Ariel soon regrets her decision, however, when it transpires that her father's kingdom is at risk.
Walt Disney's second full-length animated feature focuses on the famous wooden puppet who wants nothing more than to be a real boy. Pinocchio (voiced by Dick Jones) is the wood-carved creation of Geppetto (Christian Rub). When the pair are visited by the Blue Fairy, she grants Pinocchio the opportunity to become a real, flesh-and-blood boy, but only if he learns to be brave, honest and unselfish. To this end Pinocchio is granted a conscience, one which comes in the shape of the diminutive Jiminy Cricket (Cliff Edwards). However, Pinocchio soon discovers that being good is not as easy as it sounds. The film won two Oscars, for Best Song ('When You Wish Upon a Star') and Best Original Score.
