The complete sixth series of the light-hearted BBC panel show hosted by Rob Brydon. Joined by team captains Lee Mack and David Mitchell, Brydon presides as a range of celebrity guests attempt to detect truth amidst a mire of lies. Among the challenges on the show, each guest must read aloud a series of statements about themselves and attempt to bluff and double-bluff the opposition as they try to guess which of the statements are correct. Among the celebrities to appear in this series are Chris Tarrant, Clare Balding, Des O'Connor, Rhod Gilbert, Sarah Millican and Armando Iannucci.
All six episodes from the third series of the ITV sitcom set among the Brits abroad at the all-inclusive Solana resort in Benidorm. In this series, Mel (Geoffrey Hutchings) enlists Mick (Steve Pemberton)'s help with the opening of his mobility scooter shop. Janice does her best to stop the family from throttling each other, while the Oracle (Johnny Vegas)'s mission to find true love throws up some unusual encounters.
After taking home the 2007 Emmy for Outstanding Comedy Series, 30 ROCK returned for its sophomore season with an even sharper satirical tool set, skewering everything from reality television (hello, MILF ISLAND) to the suit & tie shenanigans of its own network. Set behind the scenes at THE GIRLIE SHOW, a fictional sketch comedy series, 30 ROCK follows show runner Liz Lemon (Tina Fey) as she contends with her program's flighty stars, Tracy Jordan (Tracy Morgan) and Jenna Maroney (Jane Krakowski), and runs interference between network exec Jack Donaghy (Alec Baldwin) and her own unruly writing staff. This season starts off as TGS returns from summer hiatus, and gets straight to the hilarious disasters; over the course of 15 episodes, Liz tries (and fails) to buy a condo, Jack has a scandalous love affair with a liberal, and Kenneth (Jack McBrayer), the excitable page, accidentally throws an alcohol-soaked rager. This collection contains every moment from the delightfully absurd and highly quotable 2007-2008 season, featuring guest appearances from Jerry Seinfeld, Edie Falco, and David Schwimmer.
All ten episodes from the fifth season of the darkly comic hospital drama starring Edie Falco as tough, outspoken New York nurse Jackie Peyton. In this season, a recently divorced Jackie fights for the custody of her daughters and begins dating again. Meanwhile, Gloria continues to suffer from a memory problem and Dr. Ike Prentiss becomes the new ER chief.
All eight episodes from the first series of the comedy sketch show based around characters created by comedienne Olivia Lee. Unleashing their weird and cringeworthy habits on the unsuspecting British public in a series of ultra-embarrassing pranks, Lee's various larger-than-life AKAs include the OCD flatmate, Miss Single, Lady Gatecrasher and Ms Technophobe.
