This is the most detailed & comprehensive book available on the subject of sports-arbitrage. It has been written by an expert, with 15 years of trading experience, who sets out towards two goals: to teach the novice reader all there is to know before embarking on his or her sports-arbitrage trading project, and to teach experienced traders some of the more complex techniques used by professionals. Over 100 pages of this book are devoted to divulging methods to find arbitrage opportunities manually and, by using many real-world examples of trades, the author reveals & explains several techniques which have never before been published and which are as yet unknown to the majority of traders. The theories are explained clearly but what really sets this book apart is its focus on the practical realities of trading. Whether you are a novice or experienced trader, the author's insights will help you towards increased profits from your sports-arbitrage trading project.
"Sports Investing: Profiting from Point Spreads" introduces strategies and tactics that turn the sports betting market into a more businesslike activity. We prefer the term "sports investor" instead of "sports bettor" because we take a professional view of the sports marketplace.
Win at the casino game of craps. Learn how to bet as little as you can to win as much as you can as fast as you can. Maximize your winnings at the casino game of craps by benefiting from one player's 50 years of experience playing and observing the game. Learn how to simplify what could be an otherwise fast and complicated game. Learn how to place specific bets, with specific amounts of odds on each number and maximize your winnings. If you understand strategy and have the discipline to stick with it, you will overcome your fear of winning and win big.
This book includes easy-to-follow strategies developed by the author and tested in real-world casinos. He doesn't claim that these strategies are guaranteed to make you win (as many other authors do), but even if you don't follow any of the strategies or apply the rules laid out in this book, you will become a better-informed slot machine player and will have a good, basic understanding of how slot machines work and what to expect when you play slots. Several books on the market today make the claim that they teach techniques that will lead to better results when you play slot machines, and even claim that they guarantee that you will be a winner each and every time you apply their techniques, but can you really win at slot machines with any form of predictability or consistency? Is it really possible to predict what the slot machines will pay out, which slot machines you should play, and for how long? Many of these questions are answered in this book, with answered that aren't based on the author's own guesses and theories. The information contained here is based on a mathematical approach, which examines many of these age-old techniques and "secrets to winning at slot machines" and provides an assessment of their reliability and usability. Many of these commonly-held beliefs are fundamentally flawed and the author points out why you should or shouldn't use them. This book also contains a list of the author's cardinal rules for successful slot machine play in real-world casinos, including the author's own counting method, which he developed based on research conducted on thousands of plays in various slot machines. This counting method was created to provide players with the ability to pick looser slot machines with greater accuracy and avoid the casinos' tightest machines. The author also gives detailed advice on how you can practice your techniques and better prepare yourself before you enter the casino.
Sports betting doesn't have to be a gamble. Yes, it's still speculation but the chances of success can be maximized if one doesn't bet on a whim but develops a sound sports betting strategy. This book provides no quick fix formulas but gives you the tools and intellectual framework to develop your own sports betting strategy based on your individual knowledge and abilities. The author analyzes the game of sports betting, why most people lose and ways those common mistakes can be avoided. Basic strategies (The Underdog, The Favorite and Diversification) and their limitations are analyzed in depth and insight is provided into just about every aspect of strategic sports betting from emotional discipline to developing your own system. Ninety percent of people betting on sports lose. If this little book won't provide a fixed formula for success, it will put you that much closer to the winning ten percent.

My wagering system, WILL make you Win MORE OFTEN My "System" is absolutely revolutionary to the world of horse betting, as you know it And, out of pure generosity; I'm going to divulge it to the entire Internet community. I sometimes hit 70% of my win bets I'm now 41 years of age and as of age 28; I was officially a professional horse handicapper. I've lived all over the world, and over the past ten years (and since the advent of the Internet), I've made a very comfortable living wagering primarily on the game of Horse Racing. My techniques work overseas and quite obviously here in the good old U.S.A. I once spent three months in an entirely foreign land with just 2,000.00USD to my name. I came back home with a little over 12k (http: //thetuttlemathpsm.com/).
Roulettechess is a unique roulette textbook with over a hundred American and French flexible game strategies, including basic roulette playing instructions. The strategies are designed to show players how to reduce risk by selecting offensive and defensive numbers for the same spin of the wheel. A player can select a return on various offensive and defensive combinations. A preferred strategy, as selected by a player, might be based on wheel coverage, risk, simplicity of layout, return on wager, manageability of strategy, flexibility, mixture of offensive and defensive numbers, location of offensive and defensive number on the layout, a player's time constraints, and approximately one hundred dollars to play American Roulette. An equivalent amount is required to play French Roulette. Some strategies have suggestions on how to change the coverage by substituting one or two numbers. The front of the book has wheel coverage diagrams, used as an index for 130 drawings that follow. The book frontage also has interesting "Wager and Time Table Guides" which simply show how a player, with only eighty one dollars ($81.00) can play 21 American Roulette Games at $21.00 each game, have only defensive wins of $17.00, and have $21.00 left at the end of playing the 21 games.
The object of this book, Any Given Day is to take the gamble out of
sports gambling. The statistical probability system explained in

math and statistics.
In this revised & updated edition of his bestselling book Winning Money, Patrick Austin expands on and adds to his already proven strategies that can be used in casinos worldwide and for online betting & gambling. Now, you too can share in the secrets that Cracked the Roulette Wheel. How many times in a row can you flip a quarter and make it go heads? Maybe four or five? This is a very difficult task because in reality, a streak of four or five heads in row just does not occur very often. Simply put, Patrick's systems capitalize upon the probabilities of long streaks, just like flipping a quarter. In Cracking the Roulette Wheel, Patrick will show you the exact steps you need to play these systems including: * How to methodically generate potential profits in excess of $200 per hour. * The amount of money suggested to use. * The proper and disciplined betting sequences and when to jump in on a streak. * How many hours you will want to play to maximize your profits and lower your risks. * How to take advantage of all of the complimentary services that casinos offer "high rollers." These are not traditional, basic betting sequences that have been tried and failed for decades nor a "Get Rich Quick Scheme" but rather a scientific, methodical approach to success. Patrick's systems are based on statistics and numbers, and are the key reasons why his systems work.

The professional gambler at the Thoroughbred racetracks needs certain qualities of mind in order to prevail. In The Psychology of the Winning Horseplayer I analyze these qualities and suggest ways to acquire and improve them. Having a good method of selection and sound money-management skills although crucially important will not be enough to keep a horseplayer in the black during a long season at the track. What he needs are the psychological insights that will enable him to develop good control, steel discipline, and presence of mind when the pressure is on. The ideas in the twenty chapters of this book are indispensable to the gambler who intends to be in the racetrack game a long time and make substantial money along the way.
Slotboom and Hollink join forces to produce the definitive guide to short-handed Pot-Limit Omaha poker, or tables with six or fewer players.
Why has gambling become so accepted in the U.S. when other historical vices, like smoking and drinking, continue to evoke morality-based opposition? That simple but intriguing question guides this path-breaking volume, the first interdisciplinary academic study of gambling. Led by the renowned Alan Wolfe and with essays by experts at the country's premiere centers in public policy, clinical addiction, law, gaming, psychology, sociology, moral philosophy, theology, and the arts, "Gambling: Mapping the American Moral Landscape" is a tour de force of the booming cultural and moral phenomenon that has become woven into the fabric of American life. Both an attempt to understand and an effort to predict its future consequences, the book will prove evocative and critical reading for American civic and church leaders, activists, historians and government officials. |
