"Do Firefighters Have Wings?" introduces children to the jobs and
responsibilities of firefighters. The book teaches, with a gentle
sensitivity, about the attacks of September 11, 2001, on New York
City. The author's goal is to pay tribute to firefighters
everywhere and for children to realize that heroic individuals will
always triumph over the evil doers of the world.
