Three brothers who hail from the poor Eastern Cape Province embark
on pursuing businesses from scratch. The brothers, Joseph, Shane
and Eric are saddened by the ailing governance of South Africa, and
they decide to take matters into their own hands in the form of
building businesses that will create more job opportunities for the
black community, especially those who live in the most remote
abandoned areas of this beautiful and declared democratic country.
The brothers are more aware of the fact that the main purpose of
business is to generate profit, and not to over-indulge in charity,
hence they're planning to do everything with an open mind. The
brothers decide to leave their comfort-zone and focus their
energies on creating empires that will grow into irresistible
brands. In spite of their huge ambitions yet they understand the
power of taking baby-steps, one step at a time; which includes
learning and researching. The brothers' passion for business and
South Africa proves to be their recipe for success. The brothers
haven't forgotten their roots as well since they want to be loyal
and relate to the Qitsi community, their birth-place. This doesn't
mean that they will jeopardise their business savvy for the sake of
pleasing their community though. The brothers want to show their
community that a man's success is never determined by their
background, but by their hunger to succeed and willingness to enter
the unknown. Starting a business from scratch is a daunting task
which requires one to develop thick skin, learning not to take a
"no" for an answer in the process; hence the brothers are well
prepared to face and defeat all these challenges. They make every
effort in their power to break new grounds and to leave no stone
unturned. Becoming the greatest business trio of all time is their
drive and burning desire, not only for the sake of enriching
themselves, but of sustaining the wellness of their employees as
well. Joseph and his brothers want to ensure that Qitsi becomes
alive with possibilities and a go-to area for job seekers and
tourists. They believe that through their willingness for a better
South Africa and prosperous future they can turn Qitsi into a
sanctuary place for people who're eager to better their own
economical status. The brothers' courage to triumph over obstacles
prompts them to seek coaching services from Dr Charles, a renowned
and award-winning global business mentor and mogul. They also join
forces with Professor Miles who works as a business analysis and
listing officer at the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE), Miss
Paulina of PVC Transport Services and Paulina Enterprise fame.
Along the way the brothers meet and get to know an estranged
coloured man by the name of Douglas Hendler, whom they learn that
his life became messed up after being manipulated and blindfolded
by his former business partners, Dave Dickenson and his brothers
and became the victim of business fronting. Another biggest
emotional scar in Douglas Hendler's soul is the loss of his entire
family members including his mother, wife and kids who were all set
alight by his enemies and competitors. As if that was not enough,
while Douglas was still soaring in the pain, he found out that all
his businesses were burnt into ashes by the same men responsible
for five deaths of his loved ones. The brothers (Joseph, Shane and
Eric) decide to offer Douglas Hendler the emotional support, and
taking him under their wings, thus encouraging him to deal with his
exploiters and claim his rightful spot as the Executive Director of
Douglas Hendler Transport Services, the same company he was kicked
out of by his exploiters after he poured all of his savings into
its development. The involvement of The Scorpion Legal Protection
in the case proves to be the biggest breakthrough for Douglas
Hendler when the case wraps in his favour, enabling him to take his
rightful position while locking Dave Dickenson and his brothers
behind bars for life
