Mapwork Made Easy does this by presenting simple, step-by-step explanations of all mapwork skills required to meet the Learning Outcomes and Assessment Standards of the NCS across the Senior Phase. The Learner's Book consists of Section A and Section B. Section A introduces the learners to basic mapwork skills such as: using map keys, writing directions, working out scale and distance, giving and finding directions and bearings, drawing contours, identifying maps, photos, orthophotos and satellite images.
