The serving turner is part of the new STAUB utensils range that completes our assortment of kitchenware. It was designed with both aesthetics and functionality in mind. Its black matte silicone is a perfect match for our cast-iron cocottes and pans: it is suitable for non-stick surfaces and does not scratch cast-iron or ceramic products, and it is heat resistant up to 220°C, so the serving turner can be used for cooking as well. The long handle is ergonomically designed and made from acacia wood, which gives it a unique look and feel. The flat head of this serving turner slides easily under food such as grilled fish or pancakes for turning, while the front edge cuts through soft food like lasagne to serve individual portions. The three long slots prevent food from sticking and let excess oil or sauce drip back into the oven dish or pot.
