Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge is the second studio album by rock quintet My Chemical Romance. Released on June 8, 2004 through Reprise Records, it was produced by Howard Benson. This album was the first album, by the band, to be released through Reprise Records. Four singles were released from this album: "Thank You For The Venom", "I'm Not Okay (I Promise)", "Helena" and "The Ghost of You".

Mayako Xo is the solo music project of Sara Gernsbacher based in Los Angeles. XO by Mayako Xo is an exercise in singing to multiple selves, non-human, past and future, converging in one looping currant. It is a structure of sparse layers, new age no wave of post punk femme, notes repeating. Guitar phrases asking and answering each other over and over, each time though somehow distinct, with a voice sewn through and around the middle. Recorded and Mixed by Steve Albini at Electrical Audio in 2018, minimal chant and knife-like guitar lines coalesce with prose and direct un-affected vocal delivery to keep you enthralled, on your toes.

The album heralds a vibrant return to form, inspired by the golden age of 1990s British music. Robbie set out to make the album he actually wanted to write after leaving Take That in 1995. At the time, not a lot of creative freedom was provided the popstars of the era, but "Britpop" is the sound of 90s Robbie as he himself wanted to sound, but formed by the decades of experience he has amassed since then. The high-octane, rock-infused lead single "Rocket" features legendary guitarist Tony Iommi of Black Sabbath.
