Dala Wooden Box Table Easel is a sensibly designed compact portable miniature desk that converts to a painting easel. The box easel can be adjusted to four different incline angle positions depending on the artist requires. The box easel has a removable drawer that contains a wooden painters palette and can be used to store pipettes, watercolours, brushes and many more.

New Wave use stainless steel and aluminum accents, all of which is non-corrosive.

This pochade painting box is perfect for setting up a workplace in the home or painting plein air. Its lid folds out to provide an easel with handy slots for storing two wet boards after working. This easel can be secured at your desired angle using the inbuilt screws and butterfly turnings.

The internal easel space has slots for compartment dividers that are 6mm in width. The internal space is 30.6cm in width and 27cm in height, with a depth of 4cm enabling you to balance a shallow small canvas within it.

It has an internal palette attached to the easel lid, both of which can be slid out, and using the thumbhole as a support, allows you to hold both the palette and the easel top while standing, alternatively, it can be placed on a surface or your lap.

This neat pochade box has a wood veneer and a leather look handle that makes it comfortable to hold as well as a detachable shoulder strap to give you options. The outside of the box measures 31.5cm x 28.3cm x 8.5cm and has Jackson’s logo heat engraved onto it on the bottom right-hand corner of the front.

The inner inbuilt drawer and main body of the pochade box has inbuilt sections that can be removed, to store your paints, brushes, mediums, and rags. The depth of the drawer is 3.6cm and there are two sections measuring 16.5cm x 11cm, one measuring 6.9cm x 33.7cm and two more measuring 8.8cm x 10.5cm and 8.8cm x 22.8cm.

Suitable for use with Jackson's Handmade Linen Boards, Cotton Art Panels, Ultralite Linen Boards, and others with a similar depth. Boards such as Belle Arti Gesso Panels are too thick and will not fit in the slots.

A favourite among the artists at Jackson’s, you can also push the easel section out, away from you, to gain more perspective on a piece and use the drawer, palette, and easel simultaneously with ease.
