A PRAYER MANUAL, PLUGGING INTO GOD FOR SERVICE Is written to
benefit new Christians and experienced prayer warriors alike, by a
seasoned minister for whom miracles, signs, and wonders are a part
of everyday life. Many of us hope to see a few such events. Some of
us even dare to hope the Lord will use us in such ways.
Deliverances and healings-even resurrections find fertile ground in
Ntiamoah James Kwarteng's life. His secret weapon is a life
dedicated to prayer. James freely shares with us the experiences
from his own life as well as the lives of others with whom he is
acquainted. What we may consider supernatural events are a natural
outgrowth of James' prayer life watered with simple faith and
confidence that God will do what He says He will do and will speak
and work through us to perform His will. Hearing and being used of
God are not difficult goals to attain. They are simply
outgrowths-fruit-of a life yielded to Holy Spirit and saturated
with prayer. As you enter the pages of this book each chapter will
be a catalyst to propel you to the next level in your experience
with God through a life dedicated to communion with the Living God
Book Summary "Pastors Need Prayer" is an urgent biblical message on
the state of the pastorate today. The body of Christ is in crisis,
and Ted Rose reveals behind the scene stresses and pressures that
are damaging our dedicated pastors. This book will give you, the
believer, insight and instruction on how you can make a huge
difference in the life of your pastor and the modern church. Read
it over and over; you will never be the same. The passion, vision
and mission of my life is to live in prayer for Pastors. I love and
honor every pastor who has accepted the call of God in their life
and have laid down their lives to serve, care for and watch over
the souls of men in their care. In my home "Everyday is Pastors
Appreciation Day." To every Pastor, I say keep going. To every
Christian I say Please pray for your Pastor. Together we can see
the Church built by Jesus and see the fulfillment of the Great
Commission in our lifetime. "LETS CHANGE THE WORLD TOGETHER" by Ted
Rose
The mind is the "field" where Satan sows "seeds" of distrust,
unbelief and bitterness, which grow into "weeds" that affect the
daily life of a man. When the Word of God falls among them, it is
choked and fails to produce fruit (Matthew 13:24-30). The field
does not receive it, for the prayers of committed intercessors have
not cleared it. The mind is therefore the nerve centre the
spiritual enemy targets in his attempt to gain control of a man.
Any idea he accepts dens up in his memory and becomes a driving
force that binds him for life, unless someone pays the price
required to deliver him. You never deal with mere thinking
patterns, but with the power that is behind them. You are actually
facing well-entrenched and hidden spirits. No man can destroy the
power of an idea that has its origin from a supernatural source.
Only the power of God can deal with it and break its defences, and
that power can only be obtained by prayer and fasting. Hence the
title of this book: "Stronger than Darkness."
My poetry is prayer and simple conversation with God. It is often
psalm-like in its rhythms. It flows from a grounded Catholic desire
for holiness of life and spiritual growth, always the sinner
striving to be saintly to please God, who would have her "be
perfect." It speaks to the human condition, and of the love of
Father, Son and Holy Spirit for the beloved creation He made in His
image.
In a world of constant interruption that values speed over
reflection, Sandy Eisenberg Sasso offers an interactive way to find
the quiet we need to get in touch with our deepest selves. Designed
to give you peace, inspiration, and a much-needed pause amid the
business of daily life, Coloring the Silence contains twenty-five
illustrations for coloring along with twenty-five reflections and
prayers for meditation.
God has 3 answers to prayer: Sometimes he says, "YES." Other times,
he says, "YES, but wait - not right now." And sometimes he says,
"NO." The "YES" may come rather quickly, but the "YES, but wait"
may take months, even years to manifest. How can you tell the
difference between the "YES, but wait" and the "NO?" What do you do
while you are waiting on the answer? How do you know when to stop
praying for something that is not in God's will for you? How do you
respond to a "NO" from God? If you want answers to these questions,
then this book is for you No matter what the answer is to your
prayer, this book will provide hope and encouragement for your
journey. This compact book is the first in a series designed to
educate, encourage and edify believers in the Christian Faith.
