A stylish range of Italian-designed water filter jugs using Cleansui’s advanced microfiltration system to improve the quality of tap water.
The jugs have been designed by Guzzini to fit into their ‘Aqua’ range of high quality tableware which is noted for its undulating lines and clarity of colour.
It is a jug that is attractive to the eye and fits perfectly in the middle of the dining table, while providing clean and great-tasting water every time.
The Hollow Fibre Membrane cartridges incorporate Cleansui’s unique microfiltration technology which removes micro particles from water that are larger than 0.1 microns including bacteria such as E. coli and coliform, cryptosporidium, algae and rust.
The additional Media cartridge, which contains ion exchange resin and activated carbon, reduces limescale, lead, copper and chlorine from the drinking water. The reduction of limescale enhances the taste of food and beverages (such as tea and coffee) and increases the lifetime of domestic appliances (such as kettles and coffee machines).
Each jug is also sold with a Hollow Fibre Membrane cartridge and Media cartridge included. The Hollow Fibre Membrane cartridge only needs to be replaced after 12 months of use based on 1200 litres (three litres per day). The Media cartridge will last at least one month based on 100 litres of water filtered (three litres per day).
The Hollow Fibre Membrane Cartridge can be recycled together with other household plastics while the Media Cartridge, which contains carbon, should be disposed.
