You can send a voice message to kids by pressing “Hold to talk” on the phone app. Kids can also the press the Call button on the GPS watch to record voice messages and send it to your smartphone.

Safety Zone / Geo-fencing
The minimum fence radius is within 500 meters. After setting up the geofence set up, you will get an alert notification when the kids are out of the setup circle range. This will secure the kids’ and give you peace of mind.

Pedometer
You can record your child day’s steps, calories, and distance. Watch your child get a healthier life!

Sleeping Monitoring
The smartwatch will record your child’s sleep times, you can check the related data through the APP.

History Route
Select the path query in your children’s historical activities to look back over a specific period. The device will keep a record of the historical route of the kids for three months, parents can check the records on smartphone or internet.

Find the watch
If the watch is not nearby, simply send a command and the watch will start to ring for 1 min making it easy to find. Once you have found the watch press any button to stop the ringer.

Message Alert / Alarm
The parent will receive a message on their phone when:
a. Low-voltage reminder
b. SOS reminder
c. When the watch is taken off

Listen to kids
If you miss your children, you can listen to them without disturbing them.

Remote Shutting Down
You can remote turn-off the smartwatch via the APP.

Anti-lost
After registering your smartwatch on your phone and the APP is online, you will be alerted on your phone if someone takes the watch off of your child’s wrist.

Trouble Shooting
If your child’s watch is showing the notification “No Networking Equipment” after you have loaded airtime and data, this could mean that the IP setting for the watch is incorrect. All you need to do is reset it for South Africa, here is how:

STEP 1
Send the below SMS to the watch (make sure the sim card is inserted). Please make sure you send it exactly as below with no spaces and ensure that all small font. pw,123456,ts# Please wait for a reply SMS from the watch it should look like the sample below. STEP 2 (RESETTING THE IP)
