MONEY CAN’T BUY CONTENTMENT, BUT IT ONLY TAKES A LITTLE TO KEEP
YOU FOCUSED ON WHAT’S IMPORTANT.
These value-priced, porro-prism binoculars make a magnified
experience attainable for virtually anyone. Fully coated optics
deliver bright, clear images, and rubber-armored housings make them
tough and dependable.
A compact, optically-fast telescope for astronomers that is easy to transport and simple to operate. It is a so-called 'Dobsonian' telescope. This type of reflecting telescope is very easy for beginners to use and collects a lot of light from astronomical objects.
This Dobsonian reflector telescope comes fully assembled. It can be simply placed on a table for you to immediately get started with your space exploration. Extensive accessories are provided for getting started as simply as easily as possible with your star-filled fun.
Celestron has reinvented the manual telescope with StarSense Explorer—the first telescope that uses your smartphone to analyze the night sky and calculate its position in real time. StarSense Explorer is ideal for beginners thanks to the app’s user-friendly interface and detailed tutorials. It’s like having your own personal tour guide of the night sky.
Dock, Launch, Explore
Leave complicated star charts, imprecise planetarium apps, and computerized mounts behind. With StarSense Explorer, locating objects has never been easier, faster, or more accurate.
Within minutes of setting up the telescope, you’ll be navigating the sky with confidence. Simply place your phone in the unique StarSense dock and launch the StarSense Explorer app.
After aligning your phone to the telescope’s optics (a quick, 2-minute procedure), StarSense Explorer generates a list of celestial objects currently visible.
Make your selection and arrows appear onscreen, guiding you as you to move the telescope. When the object is ready to view, the bullseye turns green.
Smartphone Compatibility
StarSense Explorer works with most modern smartphones, including iPhone 6 and up and most devices running Android 7.1.2 or later manufactured since 2016.
Patented StarSense Sky Recognition Technology
StarSense Explorer uses patented technology and your smartphone to determine exactly where the telescope is pointed in the night sky.
A Lost in Space Algorithm (LISA), like the ones satellites use in orbit to correctly orient themselves, helps the app match star patterns it detects overhead to its internal database.
While other astronomy apps may claim that they can help you find objects, they rely exclusively on the phone’s gyros and accelerometers, which aren’t as accurate as LISA technology.
No other app can accurately tell you when your target is visible in the eyepiece.
Sturdy Altazimuth Mount
StarSense Explorer LT’s simple altazimuth mount makes it easy to move the telescope to find your target.
An altitude slow motion adjustment with a sliding rod helps you fine tune the telescope’s pointing position and follow targets as they appear to drift across the night sky. It’s all anchored by an adjustable, full-height tripod.
Dazzling Views with High Quality Optics
With a large 114mm (4.5”) objective lens, this telescope has enough light gathering ability to bring out detail in celestial objects.
You can expect sharp, bright views of Jupiter’s four Galilean moons, its cloud bands and Great Red Spot, the rings of Saturn, the trapezium in the Orion Nebula, and beautiful Pleaides Open Star Cluster.
Perfect for the City or Dark Sky Sites
Even if you live in a light polluted city location, StarSense Explorer is advanced enough to be able to pick out Jupiter, Saturn, Venus, the Orion Nebula, double stars, and a few more of the most famous celestial objects.
But if you can take the telescope to an even slightly darker location, more objects will become visible. With this 4.5” Newtonian and relatively dark skies, the Andromeda Galaxy, Hercules Open Star Cluster, and so many more are easily within your reach.
The entire telescope kit weighs just 10.4 pounds, so it’s perfectly portable and easy to bring on your next camping trip or to a remote observing site.
Discover our Solar System with the Celestron AstroMaster 114EQ! You’ll be ready to observe in minutes thanks to the quick and easy no-tool setup. The 114EQ provides bright, clear images of the Moon, planets, star clusters, and more for great nighttime viewing.
Manual German Equatorial telescope
The AstroMaster mount comes with two slow motion control knobs that allow you to make fine pointing adjustments to the telescope in both Right Ascension and Declination axes, also referred to as RA and DEC.
Accessories Included
Accessories include a 20mm and 10mm eyepiece, and a finderscope. The two eyepieces offer different magnifications for low and high powered views.
Starry Night Software

Engineered from the ground up With astroimaging in mind, the new Advanced VX series from Celestron sets a new standard in mid-level telescopes. Advanced VX provides you with many of the features found on Celestron’s most sophisticated German equatorial mounts, at an extremely affordable price. The new Advanced VX mount was specifically designed to provide optimum imaging performance for smaller telescopes. Now your smaller telescope can take advantage of All-Star Polar Alignment and autoguider support. You’ll be able to track through long exposures using permanently programmable periodic error correction. Image across the meridian without doing a meridian flip, so you can seamlessly image the best part of night sky. Advanced VX features significantly larger base castings than our previous design, improving stability under heavier loads. Improved motors offer more torque and can handle slight load imbalances with ease. Experienced imagers will love taking this portable mount to a dark sky site, with all the performance of their larger observatory mount. Connect your Bresser Microscope or Telescope with a Nikon SLR camera and take images or videos of your observed object!
The Bresser T-Mount is the connecting piece between the camera adapter and SLR camera. To find out what T2-ring you need, look into the instruction manual of your camera.
The Bresser Sirius 70/900 AZ Refractor - 70mm is a beginner friendly, high magnification Achromatic Refractor Telescope, with 70 mm aperture, 900 mm focal length, azimuthal mount, tripod, and a wide range of accessories for fascinating discoveries. The telescope features a 90 degree eyepiece to allow you to have the ultimate comfortable viewing experience. This complete astronomy set already includes everything you need to start observing the sky. This easy to use telescope is ideal for beginners or children to see the wonders of the universe. It has crisp clear imaging, due to multi-coated optics and the 70mm aperture, which collects about 100 times more light than the human eye.
The resolution of the 70 mm lens lets you enjoy really sharp images at magnifications up to about 140x. This telescope technically can go up to 675x magnification with all the included accessories, however, the more you zoom, the less crisp and clear the view becomes. Due to the long focal length, especially the sun, moon, planets, open star clusters and globular clusters become absolute eye-catchers. The Sirius telescope comes with everything you need for a quick start in stargazing, see the accessories list below. When searching for celestial bodies worth seeing, take your first look through the included LED viewfinder, it will help you align the telescope precisely for the best view possible. The two eyepieces included in the set (4 mm, 20 mm) allow you to admire completely different views of the same celestial object. More impressively, the 3x magnification Barlow Lens allows you to triple the magnification of the telescope.
The Bresser Spica 130/1000 EQ3 is a great serious beginner's scope with reasonable aperture mirror and a long focal length which allows the observation of many celestial targets. Thanks to the catadioptic system (integrated Barlow lens) the length of the tube is kept to a minimum, which aids transportation and storage. The Bresser Spica comes on an equatorial mount with an aluminum tripod, allowing accurate tracking of objects at high powers, using integrated gears and manual slow motion controls - the mount can also be motorized with the addition of a Right Ascension motor kit at a later date.
All Newtonian Telescopes have a draw-tube focuser on the side of their tube, this offers an adjustable viewing angle, which can be set to the user's liking by revolving the tube in the support rings - offering comfort while observing celestial bodies. Explore the planets within our solar system and discover the brighter deep sky objects.
