The truth begins here Author and award-winning Journalist Jim Marrs has uncovered compelling new evidence regarding extraterrestrials-that alien life forms have not only visited our planet in the past, but are among us right now. Drawing on numerous eyewitness accounts, highly classified CIA reports, and his own meticulous research, Marrs marshals an impressive array of facts to confirm the reality of UFOs--as well as the depth of the government campaign to keep America in the dark. Here is information unavailable in any other single source, including: - Intriguing insights into the 1947 Roswell crash and the U.S. military's efforts to suppress all public inquiries
- Detailed accounts of UFO landing sites in South America and of abductions in the U.S.
- Vivid descriptions of UFOs by Apollo astronauts-in their own words
- Tantalizing clues to the alien timetable for revealing their plans here
- And much more!
When Ghosts Talk, the Living Should Listen
Based on over twenty-five years of spirit communications and
thousands of professional readings, the world-famous medium James
Van Praagh shares with readers the amazing stories of ghosts and
spirits, their personal regrets, misgivings, remorse, and, most
important, advice for the living from those who have passed away.
These spirits have a great deal to say about what they have learned
and discovered on the other side and how we, the living, can
benefit from their experiences.
The famous Victoria ghost who appeared to a tour group listening to
her story, the little boy playing with a red ball in Nanaimo, the
phantom "helper" in a restaurant kitchen - these are among the true
stories in Robert Belyk's new Ghosts. Encounters with entities from
a different reality do occur in the rational, modern world; the
experiences collected here range from the colonial days to the year
2000. Many ghosts haunt private houses, but some are associated
with public places and buildings, such as Beacon Hill Park in
Victoria, the Vancouver General Hospital and the Qualicum Heritage
Inn on Vancouver Island. " Ghosts: True Tales of Eerie Encounters"
is an expanded and updated collection of stories, some of which
first appeared in "Ghosts: True Stories from British Columbia."

each legend to life and sort through the theories and rumors about
each haunt. Twenty chapters with never-before-published research
include personal accounts, interviews, and visits to locations in
the mountains and along the coast. Get an inside look at the areas
frequented by the Boojum, the Moon-Eyed People, and Joe Baldwin,
and take your pick of the theories presented about the Devil's
Tramping Ground. Can you help sort out the mysteries surrounding
the Mordecai House and the Lost Colony of Roanoke?
Borley Rectory in Essex, built in 1862, should have been an
ordinary Victorian clergyman's house. However, just a year after
its construction, unexplained footsteps were heard within the
house, and from 1900 until it burned down in 1939 numerous
paranormal phenomena, including phantom coaches and shattering
windows, were observed. In 1929 the house was investigated by the
Daily Mail and paranormal researcher Harry Price, and it was he who
called it 'the most haunted house in England.' Price also took out
a lease of the rectory from 1937 to 1938, recruiting forty-eight
'official observers' to monitor occurences. After his death in
1948, the water was muddied by claims that Price's findings were
not genuine paranormal activity, and ever since there has been a
debate over what really went on at Borley Rectory. Paul Adams,
Eddie Brazil and Peter Underwood here present a comprehensive guide
to the history of the house and the ghostly (or not) goings-on
there.
John Mack explored alien encounter experiences deeply, revealing a
world of meaning and power that can revolutionize our understanding
of who we are and our place in the cosmos. Dr. Mack suggests that
such experiences reveal to us a universe which is filled with
intelligence and life, though this may not always take the densely
embodied form with which we are most familiar. This book brings us
to the edge of material reality and beyond, shattering the boundary
that has separated matter and spirit and scientific or spiritual
ways of knowing. Dr. Mack asks us to move beyond the largely
useless debate about whether UFOs or abductions are real in a
purely material sense. He shows us the limited way that we have
used ourselves in learning about the cosmos, and challenges the
limitations of traditional science as a way to learn about the
multi-dimensional world in which we reside. Insights about the
relationship between spiritual and physical energy; trauma's role
in transformation; information about the ecological crisis facing
the planet and the urgency that we do something about it; the
possibility that human beings are participating in the creation of
some sort of interdimensional hybrid race; the expansion of human
consciousness and our spiritual reawakening; and the apparent
evolution of extraordinary relationships that some human beings may
be developing beyond the earth plane - these are the matters this
book includes. Dr. Mack demonstrates that the investigations of a
skilled clinician, exploring human consciousness through in-depth
conversations, can reveal to us a multidimensional, apparently
intelligent, cosmos whose nature is fundamentally consistent with
the discoveries of leading scientists who have been gaining
knowledge primarily through exploring the physical world.
People have lived and died in Chester for over 2,000 years, and
stories of ghosts have swirled around the city all that time. What
is unusual about the city is the frequency of new sightings - fresh
examples of paranormal activity. Chester, City of Ghosts is a handy
guide to these hauntings, both past and present, and clearly shows
why Chester is in the running for most actively haunted settlement
in the country. Read the stories, follow the maps, visit the
buildings and soon you will agree - and you might even experience
some ghostly activity yourself...
The spirit of a railroad flagman shines his lantern along the
tracks near Maco, where he lost his head in a train accident. The
ghost of a girl haunts the grave robbers who stole her corpse to
use in a college medical department. And in a swamp outside
Smithfield, a grisly mass hanging is re-created on dark nights. All
this and much more!
If only the war had lasted another six months, then Hitler would
have won ... because his scientists stood upon the very brink of
inventing flying saucers. That, at least, is the myth as it is
currently being peddled today, in books, pamphlets and online; and,
if it were true, squadrons of Luftwaffe spacecraft would certainly
have made mincemeat out of British Spitfires and American B-52s.
But, of course, it is a complete fiction. And yet the sinister myth
of Nazi UFOs is surprisingly well developed. If you listen to its
champions, escaped Nazis and their indoctrinated offspring are
simply hiding in secret Antarctic bases, inside the Hollow Earth,
somewhere upon another planet, or even within another dimension,
just waiting for the right time to strike again - and this time,
armed with saucers and in close alliance with Aryans from other
star systems, they stand poised to finish what they started. Some
even claim that Hitler and his chief henchmen did not really die in
1945, but were borne away in spirit on flying saucers. Such
theories seem insane - but do they have a hidden purpose? White
supremacists around the globe have adopted Nazi ufology to draw the
gullible into the wider orbit of Far-Right ideology; after all, if
the standard version of history is so wrong as to fail to
acknowledge that Hitler helped invent UFOs, then what else might
historians have got wrong about the Third Reich? Might the Nazis
actually have been right all along? Could the Holocaust have been a
total hoax? Once they have swallowed the first lie, a person might
easily swallow several others. The stories in this book are
bizarre: Nazi saucer-pilots fighting alongside Saddam Hussein in
the first Gulf War; alien boot-prints whose soles bear swastikas
being found in the wake of UFO-landings; the leader of America's
Nazi Silvershirts claiming to be in psychic contact with men from
other galaxies; and Allied pilots being buzzed by fiery glowing
'foo fighters' during the Second World War. They may seem harmless
at first, but they are not. Is it really the white race's destiny
to conquer the icy reaches of space under the banner of the 'Aryan
world spirit'? Perhaps not, but the conquest of their victims'
inner space, not outer space, in the name of Hitlerism is what
these latter-day Goebbels truly desire.
This book fully describes the fifth dimension and instructs the
reader as to how they can travel to the fifth dimension to
experience the past or future, parallel universes and even
teleporting their physical body safely. Many case histories and
easy-to-use exercises are included.
