The Civil War in the United States was a complex activity for four
years. It was fought over states' rights, that also involved
slavery. More than a half million people were killed as the entire
society was dismantled and destroyed. Therefore, this work has been
created to maintain and facilitate order by making resources
available to better understand the big fight between the North and
South, and the involvement of African-Americans.
