Alva Infrared Wall Heater

I bought 4 of these heaters in June and so far one of the heaters had to be returned as it did not work and 1 month later I am still waiting for it to be tested by Alva. Another one of the heaters which works now has a hairline crack in it. I am not happy with this product at all and the after service is just as bad.

Unit cracked within the first two weeks of use. Returned the item to Loot and still waiting for a response from the supplier for over a month.

Waited 10 days to receive the heater.
Then it got deliver broken.
This is not a fair review on the heater but, the entire product getting a working heater in a reasonable time.
I saw a few other complaints about the same thing.
The packaging is pretty good. It shows a fair amount of abuse from leaving the warehouse until getting it to me.
The end is that I got a broken heater and it is going to take several more days before I can get a heater that I can use.
