Clowns. They're supposed to be happy, full of laughter and fun, but
there's a dark underside to these masked harlequins, one hidden
under all that makeup and colorful hair. Who hasn't stared at a
clown and become frightened, a chill running down your backside
when that clown turned his cold gaze on you? Who hasn't felt a
flutter of fear when that painted face grinned over at you, the
smile seeming to be hiding something evil? Clowns have been around
for ages, and though supposedly filled with cheer, there is
something sinister behind all that pomp and fluff. A fear of clowns
is ingrained in all of us, some more than others, and in this
anthology, that fear has been extrapolated on like a cut torn open
