In this DVD, MR A. demonstrates how to prepare and cook the very
best in barbecue banqutes, using both charcoal and gas barbecues.
For ten years Mr A. was chef patron of the Bentley Brook Inn, which
is still his family home, in Englands peak District National Park.
He came to the inn after a twenty year career, travelling the world
as an engineer. In the kitchens, he mastered his new craft, found
his true vocation and a love of cooking. Now retired through
injury, he passes on, through DVD and writing, the techniques he
mastered by practical experience and the secrets he learned during
his world wide travels. His eclectic menus reflect the influences
of renowned chefs of American and European restaurants, contrasting
with the skills he observed of cooks working road side food stalls
in Africa and Asia.
