The product was faulty as it could not cook nor roast the chicken properly at 180 degress as the bottom of the pan started burning and the chicken tasted of the coating of the pan. The heat needed to be regulated constantly and as a mom of two it is not convenient to stand by and constantly turn the heat up and down to avoid it from burning.
The rubber surrounding the lid was peeling off and was presented this way upon opening the box and lifted even more after one use.
I also found that Bennett Reads 8 in 1 Gourmet Chef advertises a pie in their Youtube video that is roasted golden crisp on the top, but this pan does not have a built-in grill and will never be able to bake something golden brown from the top.
