Excellent product , well put together and easy to use , just read the instructions properly. Very powerful suction , I actually had to turn down the power when "steam cleaning" my couch. I would not recommend this for large carpets though , perfectly good for bed mattresses, small rugs and couches , which is what i bought it for. Very happy customer so far , only used it twice so far so lets see.
