Not 14kg Machine as advertised but a 13kg machine

Machine works great, no complaints there. No fabric softener tray, only washing powder or liquid detergent tray. Here is the main thing... It's not a 14kg machine as the advertisement clearly shows, but a 13kg machine. Very disappointed in that. Delivery was fast, very happy with that. Has a plastic bottom plate that you have to fit yourself, very easy though, only two screws are supplied but three are needed even though two gets the job done. You will need a Phillip's head screwdriver.
