exploring the relationships of post tonal theory to contemporary
improvisation. The series includes a theory book and several
ensemble books. The theory book gives the underlying information on
how each pitch class set can be applied to contemporary
improvisation while the ensemble method gives examples of applying
this information in the form of etudes.
