Plaster Plus integrates directly into the mixing water and
significantly improves the strength, smoothness, and durability of Dala
Plaster of Paris. This allows customers to achieve higher-quality
casting results using the same trusted base product.
Plaster Plus is a performance additive for Plaster of Paris and other
gypsum-based formulations and casting systems. When added at up to 25%
of the water phase, it significantly improves hardness, surface
smoothness and water resistance of finished casts. Makes plaster up to
5x stronger!

- Easy to disperse in the mix water
- Increases surface hardness and durability
- Produces a smoother, denser finish
- Reduces water absorption and surface chalking
- Enhances paint adhesion and longevity.
- Ideal for Plaster of Paris and other gypsum-based casting system
- Add Plaster Plus directly to the mixing water before combining
with Plaster of Paris.
- Measure out the required mixing water.
- Replace up to 25% of the water with Plaster Plus eg. 25ml Plaster
Plus per 75ml water.
- Stir well to create a uniform mixture.
- Add Plaster of Paris powder gradually, while stirring until a
smooth, lump-free slurry forms.
- Pour and cast as usual.
