To call this a 'book' is exceptionally generous. It is at best a 'booklet'. 1. One would expect such a technical subject to be illustrated with drawings or photos. Not a single one is provided. 2. The grammar is atrocious. One gets the idea that it was translated out of some obscure language using an electronic tool like Google Translate. For example: "...Relying upon your needs it is suggested to test the welding machines according to their quality and other factors. We have enlisted the type of welding machines along with the things that show if the welding machine you select is good enough or not...".
