Before As Junie slurps his soffee, with just a sprinkling of Beetle
Stalk sugar sprites, just as he likes it. he reflects to himself on
the long day's hard work. "A group Think Day. That's the worst."
Whistfully he recalls, "So much better when split duties assigned
me to stellar guard patrol, carrot harvesting with Gristy, or
better yet a full day on the Andromeda Clip. Oh well, Andromeda
will have to wait. "Where's Puffin? Gristy, where's Puffin? Is she
with you?" Gristy, wearing her usual workday green and blue robed
coverall, appeared with Puffin under her arms. "She's just in from
the grasshopper pond." "Had to attract her away with some beetle
stalks." "Come here, Puffin. How was your day? I hope better than
mine." "Gristy, today was exhausting. Thinking and talking. That
Budsy just can't shut up his mouth. Talking all day, and solving
nothing. The others are all talk too. Blah, Blah, Blah. Command has
said no more regular work duty. We must put on our thinking caps
and solve the Disappear Mystery. Remember yesterday, when we read
about the nutrient capsule lost in the Eastern Grill? Totally
vanished. Budsy was on guard, but says nothing at all mysterious
occurred. The capsule just disappeared -- leaving no clue - whether
dissolved, evaporated, melted. Just plain gone. None of us know why
or how. it's a mystery alright. Command says this must stop, AND
