Langton Prestige is a superior quality watercolour surface made from
high-quality cotton fibres and wood pulp.
For many years artists have appreciated the qualities of the Langton.
Made traditionally on a cylinder mould machine, it features a natural
whiteness with a soft touch and distinctive texture. Langton
watercolour paper is acid free with an alkali reserve to preserve
finished pieces of work and protect against discolouration. Treated
with an anti-fungal treatment, Langton watercolour paper also boasts a
gelatinised surface for strength and resilience.
Please note, these sheets are hot-pressed: they have an extremely
smooth surface, and are ideal for detailed watercolour painting.
